  • Candlelight Yoga (community)

    Center your mind and stretch your body in the candlelit confines of our peaceful studio. This class supports active relaxation of the body. Guests will leave class with a mind+body ready the week.

  • Deep Stretch (community)

    Designed for anyone whose joints and connective tissues have become less mobile through illness, injury, aging, or neglect. This class will help improve joint flexibility and help re-lubricate joints through a quiet practice of deeply held postures. Poses are held for 5-7 minutes.

  • Early Bird Power Yoga (transform)

    Wake yourself up in the morning with this energizing Power Yoga class. Vigorously move through yoga poses while supporting the body in sculpting muscles, burning fat, and toning while gaining a sense of balance to carry through the rest of the day.

  • Happy Flow (connect)

    A full range of flowing & non-flowing poses will be incorporated for maximum benefit. This is a great class to gain good habits on the yoga mat to advance you to the next level.

  • Happy Hour Yoga (community)

    Start the weekend off right and have fun. Infused with fun poses and upbeat music, allowing us all to relax into the weekend. After every class there is complementary wine and snacks. (All Levels) *must be 21 to attend

  • Hot Flow (transform)

    Take your vinyasa flow to the next level by practicing in a hot environment. Hot yoga helps increase caloric burn and reduce our toxin levels. Please bring water and a towel to wipe off your mat. Room temp. is 90-93 degrees.

  • Karma Yoga

    This is a "pay what you can" class offered to bring yoga to everyone. A full range of flowing & non-flowing poses will be incorporated for maximum benefit. This is a great class to gain good habits on the yoga mat to advance you to the next level. ALL REVENUE FROM CLASS WILL GO TO A CHOSEN CHARITY.

  • Kids Yoga

    Designed for little yogis from the ages of 4-10. Have fun with animal poses, dance & play some yogi games. This class will help develop calming techniques, increase motor skills, following directions, & cultivating a greater respect for self and others. Mommies may stay to relax, read a magazine, enjoy some hot tea & visit with other Mommies.

  • New Kids on the Block (breathe)

    Ideal class for beginners. Enjoy a supportive class environment as you are introduced to the basics of yoga and build a foundation for your practice. Students learn connection of breath awareness and body movement. The instructor may provide hands-on guidance to improve posture and alignment.

  • Restorative Yoga (community)

    Guided into comfortable poses in which one can melt away tension and stress. This class supports active relaxation of the body. Stay in each pose for 5 to 7 minutes as your mind and body relax deeper into enlightenment.

  • Vinyasa Flow (community)

    This class offers a flowing practice appealing to yoga students comfortable with yoga postures and sun salutations. Vinyasa flow integrates breath and movement, inner and outer alignment, and flexibility. Class is accompanied by music for a rejuvenating and balancing effect. Build body heat, increase cardio endurance and strengthen the body’s muscles.

  • YOU Time (community)

    We all need time to reflect and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. Drift away to soothing music by candlelight. This time is for you do as you please. Meditate, nap, or just sit in silence, whatever you need. Enjoy complimentary tea and warm neck pillows. No talking or phones are allowed. Always free.

  • Mat Pilates (community)

    This mixed level Pilates mat class focuses on strength, precision, and flow of movement. Exercises are presented at multiple levels which allows students to choose to work at a beginning, intermediate, or advanced pace. Students will learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core.

  • Reformer 101 (breathe)

    Learn the basics of Reformer in this fun, slow paced class. This entry level class incorporates all-over toning and lengthening exercises, focusing on alignment and technique. Great for beginners or those wanting an excellent basic workout.

  • Reformer 1 (connect)

    The reformer offers all the famous benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. These things in turn lead to daily life improvements like better posture, graceful, efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain. This entry level class incorporates all-over toning and lengthening exercises, focusing on alignment and technique. Great for beginners or those wanting a basic workout.

  • Reformer Challenge (transform)

    Amp up your reformer workout with this high energy class! Reformer Challenge is full of fun, adding props and pizazz to basic and intermediate reformer exercises! Mixing in bursts of cardio to kick up your heart rate and calorie expenditure! This class is perfect if you want a great toning workout during your lunch hour!
